A strengths based approach to coaching & mentoring
This masterclass is part of the Become a Business Coach program (accredited by ICF at Level 1). Masterclass graduates receive 3.5 ICF accredited Continuing Coach Education (ICF CCE), required for individual certification or credentials renewal. Participation in the masterclass is not dependent on completing the rest of the program.
We invite you to our “A strengths based approach to coaching & mentoring” masterclass. It is a unique ability to, while developing others, notice and appreciate their talents and strengths and use those to raise them up. We here at Kingmakers™ believe that some of the key tasks for Coaches and Mentors are to support Coachees / Mentees as they begin to uncover and develop their innate potential and unlocking their talents.

Brief history of talents
On the road to perfection we tend to focus on defining and developing our weaknesses and we often forget all about our existing strengths and talents. Potential built on our strengths and talents is inspiring, powerful and doesn’t require any external motivation. The relief and pleasant surprise we feel when we can suddenly focus on what we are great at is liberating, extremely effective and usually leads to a stepchange in performance.
Historically, it all started with Donald Clifton’s key question “What is right with people?”. Gallup Institute scientists built on this and created a map of 34 neuronal patterns called talents. These are by and large responsible for why we are who we are. The best thing we can do for ourselves is to discover our dominant talents, follow and develop them. So come and join us for this masterclass and learn how to help others do just that.
