Coach out of passion and choice. Has worked for 15 years as an actor and soloist in the Zurich Opera. Currently the Deputy Director in Izba Coachingu Branch Office in Łódź, trainer, mentoring programs consultant and Kingmakers™ Social Media Manager.

Drawing from his rich experience and education and his interest in human nature, he leads his Clients through the process of change offering not only tranquility or security but also high effectiveness and purposeful developmental actions. Working in one of the largest music hubs in Europe allowed him to understand the complexity of systems in which people function in as well as the importance and role of every Client, which translates directly into understanding the business environment. He is comfortable around international teams, can manage diversity – thing he has learned by working with other artists on stages of European opera houses and theatres.

He is characterized by his ability to perceive and draw from different experiences and areas, ethics and conscientiousness, constantly striving to achieve his goals and recognizing people’s strengths as well as constantly improving his skills and expanding his knowledge.
