For over 25 years, including 15 years as a leader, he has been involved in his greatest passion: motivating and developing people and organizations. He is a managing partner at Kingmakers™ – an expert brand supporting the development of individual, team and organizational leadership. He has experience of being a leader in a variety of environments, such as corporations, NGOs, his own enterprise and educational organization. During his professional career, he has repeatedly managed or co-created innovative business projects in the areas of banking, IT and education.
He is a co-founder of a company developing a platform for building interpersonal skills using Virtual Reality. She designs and implements development programs for teams and leaders, and is able to effectively combine both an approach to business development based on the pursuit of achieving measurable results, while supporting people in achieving their individual goals.
As a coach and trainer, he usually works with senior and top management. It uses the synergy of effective methods, such as coaching, mentoring and original methods of development activities. Together with the client, he seeks comprehensive, effective solutions and at the same time tailored to his needs and personality capabilities. He has a unique ability to focus on details in parallel, as well as see things in a wide horizon with the ability to work on different perspectives.
